At the request of the Federal Navy, Duvolle modified the Navitas, giving it excellent maintenance functions.
Frigates are the smallest crewed hulls in EVE Echoes: cheap, fast and hard to hit, but thin once anything larger lands a volley. They are the standard choice for early missions, exploration and fleet tackle, where holding a target in place matters more than surviving a long fight.
