Executioner II Interceptor

The Executioner is another newly commissioned ship of the Amarr Imperial Navy. The Executioner was designed specially to counter the small, fast raider frigates of the Minmatar Republic. For this reason it is different from most Amarr ships, as it favors speed over defense. With the Executioner, the Amarrians have expanded their tactical capabilities on the battlefield. The Tash-Murkon family spent heavily to purchase this Executioner modification plan from a small corporation, and provided it to a few capsuleer pilots who served their cause.

Frigates are the smallest crewed hulls in EVE Echoes: cheap, fast and hard to hit, but thin once anything larger lands a volley. They are the standard choice for early missions, exploration and fleet tackle, where holding a target in place matters more than surviving a long fight.
