Miner Range Controller Prototype

This ship modification is designed to increase the mining range of a ship's miner.

Mining rigs raise yield or reduce cycle time permanently, at the cost of a rig slot and a calibration budget. On a dedicated mining hull they usually pay for themselves faster than any other upgrade.
