'Torch' Shield Command Burst

Increases shield resistance and hitpoints as well as reducing the capacitor needs of shield boosters and shield transporters. Warfare Links are dedicated fleet command systems designed for use on battlecruisers and advanced command-class ships. While only one of these units can normally be operated at any given time, certain advanced units allow the use of multiple systems. Notes: The Fleet Bonus is only available if you are designated as the Fleet Booster. This module cannot be activated inside a starbase force field. The Fleet bonus provided by this module does not apply to Capital ships' local shield booster modules.
