MK9 Capital Armor Repairer

This module uses nano-assemblers to repair damage done to the armor of the ship.

Armour repairers restore armour mid-fight at a capacitor cost. They pair naturally with hulls that already lean on armour, and they give a ship staying power a buffer fit cannot match.
