If this visual treasure wasn't enticing enough, the 5% higher yield certainly attracts admirers. Mercoxit is a very dense ore that must be mined using specialized deep core mining techniques. It contains massive amounts of the extraordinary morphite mineral but few other minerals of note. Available in 0.0 security status solar systems or lower.

Mercoxit is the only source of Morphite and needs a specialised strip miner to extract. It is the most valuable ore in EVE Echoes and effectively a null-security-only activity.
